Our Contract
When you make an order from Boots and Stuff through importexportcg.com, you will receive a confirmation email with your bill and all the details of your order. Your order, for us, is a document expressing your will to purchase our products. The order must be considered as accepted when we ship you your product(s). Thus, the sale contract is considered concluded when the transaction is finished and you receive the bill. Accordingly, when you order from this site, you are indicating your will to sign a legally binding contract.

Minors
If you are a minor, you may only use this site with the knowledge and agreement of your legal guardian.

Sending Emails
We mainly communicate with our customers by email. For contractual reasons, you have to accept this communication method and consent to its legal value. This does not in any way affect your rights.

Service Alteration and Amendments
We retain the right to modify our website, our policy, and our current use and sale conditions at any time. You will be subjected to the conditions of use, sale and services in function at the time of your use of our site or when you are ordering, unless the modification of those conditions was required by a governmental authority. In this case, the new conditions will have a retroactive effect. If one of those conditions is judged invalid, void or not applicable, this condition will be considered dissociable, meaning it will in no way affect the validity and applicability of the other conditions.

Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be held legally responsible for any delay or failure to deliver a product which occurred as a result of circumstances out of our control.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In-Person Purchases

For items purchased in-person, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note (but no refund) for an item you are not satisfied with within 30 days of purchase, as long as you present the original invoice and the item is still in its original packaging with labels attached. The item must not have been worn, used, damaged, or washed; it must be clean, odorless, and without animal hair.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks, or Airsoft items. Gift cards are also final sales. Shipping costs, if any, are not reimbursed.
Upon returning an item, you must provide your name and phone number.
If a refund is authorized, it must be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy and we will be happy to assist you in the warranty process.
Postal Orders
You have 30 days following the receipt of an order to make a return. For all orders, the customer must assume the transportation costs of the return. To return an item, it must be in the same condition it was received in. The returned product will be refunded after reception if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed. It must be clean, odorless and without animal hair.

  • The item is still in its original packaging and the labels are still attached to it.

If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

We cannot accept returns on clearance items, used items, underwear, socks, batteries, fuel, or Airsoft items.
If a refund is authorized, it will be made on the method of payment of the initial invoice. There may be a delay in processing the refund.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy and we will be happy to assist you in the warranty process.
It is your responsibility to contact us (514-622-9708/info@importexportcg.com) before returning a product to expedite the processing of the return. You must also ensure that the packaging is compliant and secure. We do not reimburse shipping costs if the return label is lost.
If your package is returned to us after more than 10 days of waiting at the post office, reshipment costs may be charged.

FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY

All retail orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 business hours unless otherwise agreed by the vendor & buyer.
